MW ROCK FESTIVAL draws inspiration from the rise of popularity of music festivals in China, which the owner of Milkyway Keys has been thoroughly enjoying attending. Attending music festivals allows people to temporarily forget quotidian worries and instead connect with all of the other festival attendees coming together to celebrate the enjoyment of music.
Colour inspriration came from a poster of the 1988 Roskilde Festival in Denmark featuring concrete colours and a gorgeous green accent providing a very basic graphic above the festival title and impressive headliner lineup of Sting, Bryan Adams, and Leonard Cohen.
