Refund policy
1 Right of withdrawal
You may revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.
The revocation period begins on the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail or letter sent by post).
In order to comply with the revocation period stated above, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of your right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
2 Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.
Furthermore, we may recognize the mere refusal of acceptance of the goods as well as the return of these without any comment within the 14-day revocation period as an implied declaration of revocation.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided sufficient evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will only have to reimburse us any loss of value of the goods, if such loss of value results from the handling of the goods, which was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
It is recommended to use a tracked and insured postal service. Shipping cost for returns are paid for by the customer.
3 Exchanges
