• Exchanges (Umtausch) are not possible, as the contents are randomly selected.
• Individual items inside the box cannot be exchanged or swapped.

In accordance with EU consumer law:
A return (withdrawal) is only possible if the Mystery Box is fully unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Once the box is opened, a return is no longer eligible, as the surprise nature of the product is revealed.
