Shipping policy

We try to provide shipping for as many countries as possible. Please check the table for more information regarding pricing and processing times.  

All orders which are placed before midnight will be shipped the next business day!

Depending on the weight of the package it will be handed over to DHL or German Post here in Germany. Both of these shipping companies might hand over the package to your local shipping companies.  

 

IMPORTANT! Shipping to the US, Canada, and Australia official Information from DHL and German Post:

Depending on the available transport capacities, we reserve the right to ship packages and parcels by sea to the USA until further notice. The franking of such shipments is only possible online and we expressly point out that under certain circumstances very long transit times of up to 60 days must be expected. For destinations in the western United States or in remote regions, the transit time may also be longer.  

 

IMPORTANT! Shipping to Bulgaria and Israel is currently very slow and it comes to delivery times over 1-2 months.
