Q1: Is the NAMA knob removable?

Please Note : To protect your warranty, the knob on the NAMA keyboard is removable, but its core movement is permanently sealed and is not meant to be disassembled. Any damage caused by tampering with the movement will not be covered under our after-sales service.

Q2: How to operate the standard flywheel and tourbillon, and key precautions.

Movement Instructions
This manual movement should be wound a maximum of 30 turns, providing approximately 1–2 days of power reserve.

Note: Do not exceed the recommended turns, as overwinding after the mainspring is fully tensioned may cause it to slip.

How to Identify Full Wind
Through the transparent case back, observe the tightness of the mainspring inside the barrel. When the coils appear fully compacted, the movement is fully wound, and winding should be stopped immediately.
